Here is my first submission for Illustration Friday. The topic was "Chicken." I'm naming her Richter because as I worked on her feathers I realized they were sort of Richter scale-like.
Love her! She looks just like my Plymouth Barred Rock, Charlotte, and I've been intimidated by drawing her black/white feathers. I've bookmarked your blog - looks intriguing...
Suzanne- Richter is a great name for a rooster! (with a comb on top of the head it/he appears to be a rooster) love the coloring & detail. also like the weasel. can't wait to see the other animals you come up with!!!
